ONYX Insight wins Technical Innovation Award for ecoBLADE at the Wind Investment Awards 2026

ONYX Insight is proud to announce that we were recognised last night in London as the winner of the Technical Innovation Award at the Tamarindo Wind Investment Awards 2026, an accolade celebrating outstanding technological advancement in the global wind energy industry.

Celebrated at the Wind Investment Awards in London

Now in its 7th year, the Wind Investment Awards recognise best practice across the wind industry as it transitions to a zero-subsidy future, spanning project development, technological advancement and financial excellence. The 2026 ceremony brought together more than 200 of the industry’s top decision-makers, with winners selected by a panel of over 20 expert judges.

ONYX Insight received the Technical Innovation Award for our product ecoBLADE. The Continuous Blade Structure Condition Monitoring System (CMS), which was recognised among some of the very best technologies in the wind energy sector. The award reflects our continued commitment to advancing predictive maintenance, data analytics and digital transformation across the global wind industry.

Representing ONYX Insight on the night was John Coultate, who accepted the award on behalf of the team. Our CEO, Alexis Grenon, also had the honour of presenting one of the evening’s awards on stage.

Recognition of this kind is a clear signal that the industry knows the time for blade condition monitoring is now. We would like to thank Tamarindo and the judges for this recognition and extend our congratulations to every other winner on the night, it was fantastic to be in a room full of people pushing wind energy forward.
